EMERGING LEADERS is designed for your younger players who are still learning how to lead themselves effectively. 

These players have leadership potential but need to demonstrate better commitment, composure, confidence, and/or character to earn their teammates’ and coaches’ respect and trust. They are your sophomores and juniors (and advanced freshmen) who are a year or two away from potentially becoming a team captain or core team leader.

EMERGING LEADERS RECEIVE:

• 5 inspiring and interactive workshops on how to become a respected Leader by Example
• A copy of the Team Captain’s Leadership Manual to apply the ideas and go deeper into the topics
• Weekly tips, tools, and techniques to develop their commitment, composure, character, and confidence
• Proven ideas from Jeff Janssen who has worked with 36 National Championship teams from all sports
• Strategies and support from other women’s basketball players from across the country
